There are so great free scripts not just a certain one, however, try to look at private ones to reduce ban risk, and REMEMBER don't bot on an account you can't risk losing.

Is juggles's scirpt is good?

Efighter is super efficient, hit 40/40/40 in a day. Move it to alkharid after that and hit 60/60/60 then go to stronghold. Other good scripts are hironminer real good f2p cash +mining xp is always nice

Juggles is a good scripter yes, however, always check the threads as people give pointers or if they've received quick bans, 

id recommend khals scripts seem to be some of my favorite i try to avoid most free ones because they get used alot. recently started having private scripts made

Private scripts are always the best to use buddy.

Theres no such thing as a best free script. It depends on the skill you want to train since everyones opinion is different.
