issue: i did him a service more than a week ago, he doesnt reply via skype/here, HE PAID for the service in advance

solution: i want you to issue him a message that is the first thing he will see next time he logs in stating 'leave fb for gearing'

ps: he hasnt logged in here since the service

i see, so it is not stated in OSBOT's ToC to leave a feedback after a successful transaction like everywhere else?

As stated earlier, they aren't "obliged" to leave you a feedback. Obviously 99.9% of them do and expect one in return however it isn't really an obligation.
