When did jagex change the part where you kill the Warlord? Now you need to talk to him before you can attack him and if you run too far south so the cant attack you he will de-spawn and reset north with full HP

My worker told me this aswell couple days ago, so probably like a week-ish ago

cannon it with a blocker should still work that way ur not going far away....but thats a bullshit update 

ended up ranging it with ruby bolts (spec'd and hit a 0 then died....) exp from the warlord is reduced to like 5%

cannon it or die 3-4x and use magic + recoils

same shit happened to underground pass, mith seeds doesnt work anymore
