Hi im wanting to bot menaphites blackjacking for literally a few hours ill be doing it babysitting and ill be chatting ingame to make it look legit (while i play ps4) 

 

my questions is:

is menaphite blackjacking a "hotspot"

how safe from 1-10

I'd suggest you pay a good service owner i.e Howest/Sysm/Decode and ask for them to do it personally.
