So wondering if this is normal. I logged into runescape after the account being offline for 10+ hours. I was able to play for roughly 30 seconds to collect my ge sales before the game loses connection and dc me. Upon relogin i got a 2 day ban. Was this a delayed ban?

pretty sure they start 2day bans when you login so you get the full punishement.

Yes, delayed ban. They time the 2 day ban as soon as you log in.

so i guess this account isnt really safe anymore. Any ideas what to do with it? I find the game too grinding to enjoy if i level up by myself. Mostly started the account to see how far i can get using a bot.
