do proxies lower banrates

Featured Replies

thinking of buying one have been banned alot on my ip but also heard some scripters say jagex doesn't flag ips

Would make sense for Jagex to flag IPs, but who really knows? Just try it out and see how the bans differentiate, they don't cost much.

what u mean

IP flagging is not real. Using a proxy won't help you if you're using the same script that you get banned a lot on. You will still be banned at the same rate if you use a proxy. The only reason to ever use a proxy is to prevent chainbans.

Look for @Jackshow 's guide to botting. He has explained it well in that guide. I'm currently not home so I can't link you to it as of now

If you purchase a VPN; you will most likely get lower ban rates.

If you run with Proxies (and your current orginal home IP) is flagged then you will lower ban rates;

until your proxy gets flagged.

I'd just say as if your current IP is flagged, you're almost screwed. However; if you run via a VPN with a clear history it'll take them a while to flag it.

 Likewise for a proxy;
