However, if he keeps stalling and fails to deliver a script, it will be counted as a scam, and if that happens, report this dispute and i will re-open it and deal with it as a scam. 1
Solution Posted December 20, 2016 Posted December 20, 2016 Considering he still hasn't given any update on the script, it will now be treated as a scam. I've notified @Flamo and will allow him to show us his side of the story. 1
