You can PM him/her and if thers an issue the cba will prob get back/respond instantly or within 5-10 mins usually if theyre not afk or using the bathroom or eating or something.  You want more CBAs in chat yet I'm in there right now and the only issue ive seen was Timekeeper bickering back and forth with jackshow.

It's not up to non CBA's to gather evidence to then PM a CBA to report it happening so they can ban/warn them in 10 minutes time.
