That is the risk you take when re-selling an account. That being said, @jdog1989 doesn't seem to be getting online anytime soon which means he will be banned. 

Should he wish to return he will either have to provide proof that shows with 100% certainty that it was @Yesitsdanny that recovered the account, or he will have to refund @Yesitsdanny.
