Admin is not responding to my refund request or my pm

I posted my refund request 4 days ago and he's not responding to it, I also sent him a PM. The thread has many views so he clearly has viewed it. What should I do now?

You posted it 4 days ago, I sent a response in less than 24 hours, then you sent one in another 24 hours, then I sent one in another 24 hours. There was no 4 days without communication.
