So i ordered a rs3 account from them, days went and no account came. So i asked for a refound and they said they would refound me when the manager comes back. Manager never comes back and now they are ignoring me when ever i write to them.

Maybe try asking them if you closed the dispute on paypal would they resolve it for you quicker?

also, why does it take you days to refund someone when they provide you this on your live chat, why does it take you getting a TWC rank and a dispute against you for you to get off your lazy ass and refund the guy.

User will need to confirm if he received the payment within 24 hours or i will close this dispute.
