I was wondering what would be the best thing to alch for a little profit? bare in mind I have a nice stack of nature rune for free, cause me and some friends lured some bots out of pest control :p & I'm just going to be buying the secondary item, thoughts on this?

i hate people that say yew bow^^^ theirs shitload of items that are good and way better then yew bow. willow longbow u saves x3 more then yew long and no on even talks about it. i lost 15m 70-94mage doing them

Well if you didn't have to buy the nature runes, then you'll make profit on the most basic stuff.

The problem is what will you get the most profit out of, and if you can lowball the seller. 

 

Try the most known items such as yew longbows first. Try and get them for really low, and make the most profit you can.

Or you can trade bulk hides vs bodies at a ratio of 3:1 with crafters
