I wouldn't be surprised if you don't give as much effort in your leg days as say chest or arm day. Even for me it's hard - legs aren't very fun to train, and most people don't notice legs unless they're abnormally small or abnormally big.

That being said ... Just make sure you're hitting it hard in the gym on leg days and really giving it everything. Making sure you're hitting heavy weight on squats and leg press will make sure growth comes. Just start every leg day with 5 sets of squats, the last 1 or 2 being low rep (3-7). And for abs, well they're a tough one for a lot of people. A big part of abs is genetics - because for people like me, the first place my body stores fat is in the gut. So if I want ripped abs I need to have a very low body fat. But still, it's possible. During spring / summer I'll train abs 3-5 times a week, and eat really clean, and you'll see them. Make sure you're doing more than just crunches and stuff.

If you really want to get abs I recommend watching this - it will change your ab workouts forever. Quality youtuber with quality information.

Squats, leg press, and dead lifts. Abs are genetic varying from potentially having a 4-8 pack and you likely to see them around 10% body fat. Please make sure you have proper form on Squats and DL as these can ruin you if done wrong thats why people bitch about them sometimes. Also make sure you have Depth on squats and not quarter squatting  :)

very nice
