Could be wrong on this one but...

You request an upload for a script to the SDN which will make you a SDN scripter.

Maintain those scripts and upload more, show that you're dedicated to your work.

Request a new SDN script and ask a payment for it.

Scripter II and atleast 1 free script on the SDN if I remember correctly

you need 1 free script on the sdn for S1 anyways
