    Are you using the right Java? I had to change my PATH in my environmental variables to "C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin". And are you sure you are installing the 32 bit one if your running a 32 bit operating system or 64 bit if your running a 64 bit operating system?

     

    EDIT: The eclipse I use actually wasn't one you install, it was just the folder. I can send you my eclipse folder if you would like and see if that helps. I run on 64 bit so you would have to be running a 64 bit OS.
