Dispute against Decode and his worker

Yeah the original deadline was 2 weeks but that got delayed because 70 prayer and none to rune defender were added to his order as well as an extra 3 days due to him getting hacked. And yes, we both put a bond each.

I would only request the that the 61 attack be made into 75 attack unless you have something else in mind. I spent over 200m on the services(including the purchase of the said account and the hack) for a 60atk piety pure, I mean $200+ with just that little mistake makes me feel it's ruined just like if you accidentally got 46 def on a zerk. I'm trying my best to explain this situation the best that I can, my autocorrect on phone sucks terribly .

I understand how you are upset that your account got an attack level, but you really should have specified the quests if that was the case. I'm going to talk with the mods and come up with a solution. Stand by.

I think the entire deal of giving somebody is budget is that you expect somebody to use that money. If he told you he would need 30m in supplies and you didn't like that, you should've told him that in advance or not gone ahead with the service. It would've been nice to know 'exactly' what he spend it on, but I would hardly call that a responsibility for the servicer.  

 

That being said, I do understand where you're coming from by saying you feel like your build isn't what it should have been. The issue therein is that you're both at fault, though you more than Decode.

If you really cared that much about the build you would've given him stricter guidelines of what quests would be (im)possible to complete. All it would've taken to prevent this entire thing was telling decode 'Please don't level my attack' and that would've been that. All of those experienced in running a questing service will have some idea of what quests are efficient to complete in order to gain the QP requirement, obviously taking into account the user-requested ones (in your case; DT, Lunars and King Ransom.)

In this case, specifically, I can hardly blame decode for doing what he did. He delivered the service exactly as you specified it. In different circumstances (such as a 1 defence pure, or a zerker as you mentioned) it would be more obvious what stats to keep and which ones are free to train, but unless you clearly specified Decode not to train attack I don't see how we can blame him for any of this. 

That leaves one more thing to address; your fear of opening a dispute because of his position. While I can imagine where this is coming from, I'd like to stress that we don't treat the staff team any differently than any random greyname . I'm just throwing this out there because I don't want people to feel like we're biased towards any members. 

 

 

I personally don't find Decode responsible for getting you the aforementioned 75 attack, if he were to agree to this it'd be out of kindness and as an apology, but I don't see how he should be forced to perform this as a form of 'refund'.

BECAUSE you took it out of the combat bracket that it should have been, instead of you paying me gp or usd, I'd rather you just make it something else so it isn't completely ruined. Sonce you ruined it from 60attack, the next attack level for any good would be 70, or ags at 75, anyone can understand that. Unless you want him to refund via gp or usd, I figured I'd make it easier with stats because I understand he didn't purposely get me 61 attack and ruin the account. What do you mean tactics if you play runescape then you understand what I'm saying

I understand that I agreed to the 3m acceptance aswell. I'm sorry Decode I was just not sure how this build would go since I've never done it or owned one like it. I would've been more clear had I knew exactly what quests did what. I just never expected attack experience as I only expected to have barrows gloves and the stats that I did request. I didn't take in consideration that I could get attack experience from other quests. I apologize for that. Just upset with spending $200+ on an account that got ruined. I any money or gp to fix it, I'd only want the account to where it would be ok to pk as in 70 attack or 75 attack, since it was already leveled and ruin at 61. Hope you understand where I came from.

I'm sorry Decode, I should have came to you in messages on skype before even doing this and seen if we could talk something out, I was just upset and have been, just like as stated above you're my superior on this website so that's how I took it. THANK you for volunteering to get me the attack level. I want to say thank you again for explaining it better I just felt wronged. AND I apologize for my behavior if anyone has taken it the wrong way.

Wouldnt really say superior, but i can tell you everyones right is preserved here, no matter who the dispute is against.
