If you are going for easy 99s might aswell try fire making.. fairly cheap using maple logs you can get 99 FM from 70 for only 10M~ logs are like 8gp each..

 

OR 99 smithing, from 73 smithing you can do addy dart tips that is 1gp loss per xp, only 12M cost for 99 smithing is pretty cool...
