This is what Microsoft advertise

Xbox One S The only console with 4K Blu-ray, 4K video streaming, and HDR.

Does the xbox even support 4k?

don't think so, that's why it would be stupid to buy one if you only use your xbox on it.

Video yeah sure, but I bet the games can't run at 4k resolution, if that's the case and you still want 4k for video might as well buy a 4k TV, would be cheaper than a 4k monitor.

It won't be able to play any games at 4k 60 FPS, so you should just get a good 4k TV - they're pretty cheap now.

This ^

PS4 and XBOX 1 (old gen) could barely run 1080p on 60fps probably 30-50 fps so the ps4 pro and xbox 1 s running 4k games is a big ass leap lol and if that is the case which i doubt it, they've just fucked over all the veteran og customers.

Secondly someone said above if it is 4K it's only for bluray and video meaning it's not for games I doubt the console have power to even sustain 2.7k res gaming at 60fps.

That's the trick @Rhodry they try and make you think it's all godly when truly it's just a falsified version of the truth.

TLDR; 4k tv will do the job seeing as gaming experience wont be 4K anyway :/
