I'm on the 2nd floor of a building of my college in the reading room. trying to study for a test as well as other kids are in the room.

 

Theres this one kid behind me who kept messing with his pencil with his hands or w/e and he kept dropping it every 5 seconds......

 

I went to go to the bathroom and come back and hes still going it i turned around and told him can you stop dropping your pencil every 5 seconds? he's like "my bad"  Also the shitbag had phone in the otherhand wasnt doing absolute shit.

 

Got soo annoying after 5-10+ minutes of him straight messing with it with his hand and kept dropping it on the desk

its not quiet 100%, theres ppl turning pages, cough/sneeze maybe and vending machine all the way in the corner of the room but a continuous noise of dropping every time man it was so annoying.....
