Visual research is extremely important and so I have to come up with multiple pieces of manipulating the mammoth. I think I did alright with this piece, feel free to give me suggestions, i still got time to submit it with my other work: Things to do: - redo the tail. - review whether its over edited or not. Guys just to let you know that nothing is meant to be happening really, just the mammoth standing there. Adapt Posted October 8, 2016 Share Posted October 8, 2016 The color correction doesn't really feel fitting. I also feel like the environment the elephant is in needs a touch up and needs to stand out more. A couple things I would remove/change: http://prntscr.com/crdwly - this almost just looks like it was thrown on there for "effect". http://prntscr.com/crdwq7 - these stand out way too much, I would use a different mask. http://prntscr.com/crdxf0 - the multiple eyes or w/e they are could be placed a bit differently and they need more emphasis. the tusks are hard to see as well, try removing the texture from them like the horns/tusks on its back. Also, the tail is odd. I would look probably have kept that a normal elephant tail or maybe a lions tail? Other than that, it's a cool concept and looks like it could turn out really nice.
