That's the sorta cardio that you should only do 1once or twice a week spread out; 90-95% of your HR is 'stress' on your heart, but will make it stronger. You also shouldn't be in this range for more than 5-15 minutes at a time.

If you're not resting, you're just fatiguing the muscle and not letting it repair. Plus, that's your heart dude. If you're sleeping like 13 hours a night, I'd feel differently.
