That's the sorta cardio that you should only do 1once or twice a week spread out; 90-95% of your HR is 'stress' on your heart, but will make it stronger. If you're not resting, you're just fatiguing the muscle and not letting it repair. Plus, that's your heart dude. If you're sleeping like 13 hours a night, I'd feel differently.
