And if people decide to source a voucher code from somebody who doesn't meet the requirements then they won't get any support in the case.

 

This would make people want to buy codes from the trusted/people with the requirement to sell if paying with RSGP to prevent charge back scams

 

but also allow people to buy vouchers for themselves if they want to use PayPal.
