It would only affect the people who sell them I thought he was suggesting a requirement to buy the voucher codes from osbot. That would affect people who buy the codes to redeem them right away for credit because they cant buy credit directly with their payment options

And if people decide to source a voucher code from somebody who doesn't meet the requirements then they won't get any support in the case. This would make people want to buy codes from the trusted/people with the requirement to sell if paying with RSGP to prevent charge back scams but also allow people to buy vouchers for themselves if they want to use PayPal.
