[GLOBAL] OSBot Terms of Service [MUST-READ]

Hey guys, 
 
Following the recent changes that we have seen in the Service section we have also decided to implement some Global T.O.S as there are too many variations of these and many leave few clauses out, these Global Terms of Service will apply to ALL Service threads.
 

OSBot Global Terms of Service

 
1. You may not log into the account during a service unless you have permission from the owner of the service, doing so will result in the termination of the service with NO Refund.
2. You MUST NOT change the details of the account until the service has been completed, doing so will result in a void service with NO Refund.
3. If there are any items required for the service, it is between you and the service owner to come to an agreement on who covers them
4. You MUST change your password after the service is completed
5. If you have any substantial wealth on the account, it is your responsibility to protect it (Either Bank Pin/Transfer Trade)
6. Once the service is complete you must leave Feedback for the relevant parties involved
7. You MUST Post on the service thread to acknowledge their individual T.O.S and start the service

8. If the Service is requested to be done legit, any T.O.S related to bans/mutes become obsolete (Unless evidence can be provided of prior botting)
 

Rules regarding workers

 

1. When hiring workers you do so in the "Worker Application" thread
2. You are held FULLY responsible for all workers in your service (in the event of a dispute)should you wish to take them on
3. ALL workers MUST Pay a deposit (set by service owners) as a safety net for refunds if scammed.
 

  • In the event that your workers do scam/breach your T.O.S/some other event, the Service Owner will be FULLY responsible for any proceeds that need to be settled.
  • Since there are always different scenarios and we can't cover everything, incase a user is found to abuse their T.O.S to scam people or evade liability a staff member has the right to take action regardless of what the T.O.S states. The point of having a T.O.S. is to protect yourself from getting scammed, not to give you the right to scam others and get away with it.

 
Every order MUST be posted on the relevant service thread.
 
We hope you find these new rule changes with better Buyer/Seller Protection.

To all service owners,

 

  • Once you have posted the thread, a Moderator will need to approve your post after scanning through the thread
  • Users/Customers MUST be referred to the service thread and post there stating their order
  • As a service owner either you OR one of your listed workers has to be the one completing the order. There will be NO third parties involved. This means:
    1. As a service owner/worker: hiring a third party without consent of the person ordering is prohibited and will result in your service thread being closed, with the possibility of further action being taken as staff sees fit.
    2. Orders can not be forwarded to anybody else, unless both parties agree to this. In effect, forwarding an order to somebody else will mean you withdraw your right to receive feedback. Feedback will be provided to the person completing the order, regardless of how big the part is that was completed. 
    3. The person originally hired will always be held accountable for what happens to the account. 

Rules Regarding Workers:

  • When acquiring workers you and you alone are held FULLY responsible for them
  • If a worker of your service scams whilst doing an order provided to them from the service thread, you are held accountable for a FULL refund
  • Any off-site workers you may have must register an account on this site so that they can be listed on your service thread.

After the thread has been approved by one of the staff team we will then verify your T.O.S, the FIRST post in the thread MUST be a quote from the staff member followed by the T.O.S Verification badge:

Any service that is not T.O.S verified by a Staff member will be locked, if the T.O.S changes at any one time which differs from the T.O.S quoted by the Staff member, the thread should immediately be reported. Any post requesting a service after the T.O.S Verification will automatically agree to the T.O.S of the relevant thread.

 

These new rules should lead to less users being scammed and provide more Buyer Safety.
