As there have been problems with the account bought; it has been recovered back by Lacoste and the bank cleaned. I would like a full refund of money spent on the account along with GP bought from Divica that was put on the account. Dex
@Lacoste took full responsiblity for this sale so first of all he will have to refund you the $450. If he fails to do so then @Divica and the OO (his friend) will be taking back the account and will have to refund you.
Divica
I have to refund someone because somebody else scammed them? How does that make sense? If that is the case then you should disallow people to sell accounts that they aren't the original owner of

Dex
Yes I see your point. The fact still is that @Lacoste has the recovery details he recovered it with once so he will most likely be able to recover it again resulting in a recovery war. We can only hope that after the original owner recovering it that it's not possible for @Lacoste to repeat the process. @ibockscarbon I'm sorry but we can't really force @Divica to refund you for something that was not his fault. I recommend you to not put a lot wealth on the account for a while and possibly change the display name so it's harder for @Lacoste to track even though that's not a guarantee. One more thing before I archive this, @ibockscarbon can you please confirm that @Divica succesfully recovered the account and returned it you? Can confirm it is recovered, but can be easily taken back. But as Lacoste said if there are any problems with the account it will be 100% refunded. Divica did not dispute this when Lacoste posted it in the thread. EDIT: Also acted upon my decision to spend a fair amount of money with the sense of security because of the 100% refund if anything went wrong. We can hardly hold @Divica responsible for something @Lacoste did. I'm currently trying to figure out if there is any way to prevent a recovery war from happening, and I will get back to know if I know more.

Solution
But what about his guarantee off a 100% refund is something goes wrong with the account? That was @Lacoste's guarantee and I have a feeling he's not going to come back on that promise.
ibockscarbon
That was @Lacoste's guarantee and I have a feeling he's not going to come back on that promise. I think it was a guarantee made by Lacoste that if anything went wrong with the account it would be refunded by Divica. If Divica didnt agree to it, he shouldve corrected Lacoste at the time by saying he doesnt agree to it.

He was talking about recovering it, I doubt that it was about a refund since he was pretty confident that it wasn't going to be needed. I'm going to lock this now since we're not going to come back on our decision.
