with riot account do you mean an account for riot employees with all the shit unlocked or just a normal lol acc?

Well your most likely getting permaed if you use a Riot IP my friend works for Riot and he can only play on his Riot ID once someone logs in on his id from a different IP he has to confirm it and the ID gets closed down
