For some reason, this doesn't bank for me at east green dragons in the wilderness. is there something I am doing wrong? Im trying to walk to and from East Green Dragons, once all dragons have been killed it will just stand in the same spot and not walk back to edge bank.

Walking to bank is only available for west gdk mode. For east mode you have to choose a travel route. Usually its games/dueling

 

Also make sure deathwalking is enabled.
