Same as facebook kinda,

 

just type @Saiyan and i he would see i tagged him for example

and then @Saiyan would get a notification, so he knows hes been tagged and needed/bein spoken about.

 

seems easyer imo then quoting..

From what I've seen this isn't a feature IPB has and there is no mod on the marketplace on IPB. You can always use the pm button, chat box, skype?

I don't think there is a plugin, we aren't on IPB 4, and the one for 3 was removed. Also if someone wants to write it, I would implement it if clean and error free.
