So as of right now I play on a shitty ass 2011 INTEL i5 laptop with basically no gpu. I can only get like 45 consistant FPS on lowest settings on csgo which I play the most. 

This is the pc I came across so far as my top pick

I DO NOT want to spend much money, and feel this is pretty good considering the AMD 480 a new great GPU and a decent processor as far as I know.

Please leave any suggestions on a pre build or even send a pcpart picker list to me. I dont want to spend anywhere over 750$ as I'm a 17 year old on a budget

You get ripped of for up to -500$ Dollars its retarded build your own or let a friend help that builded one its super simple watch 1-2 Videos and you wont mess up

Yeah i would buy good parts and if you really cant build it or you're scared to just take it to a shop and watch them build it so they dont try any smart shit lol

with how cheap the rx 480 and GTX 1060's are, I dont want to spend any more than 750$ grand total. I found a decent monitor for 100$ so all in all like 850$ but for the computer itself, 750.
