Will the new gold sink have any impact on gold prices?

Featured Replies

Obviously not short-term, but in the long-run maybe?

Thoughts?

Honestly, I don't think this will effect prices much.

There's also a gold sink coming with the release of Last Man Standing.

2500k in total is taken from players as an entry fee and 2000k is given back in rewards.

I can't see that affecting anything either, reason being there's still going to be a constant but ever-changing flow of money coming into the game.

If there's one thing we've learned from RS3, it's that gold prices only go down

its just like 10k per item that leaves the game lol

unless someone is terrible and constantly dies it wont change anything and those people usually have pures so  they still have to risk nothing

No, because this will stop people using them items as much and it won't have that much of an impact. (considering most people who pk actively nowadays are pures, they just won't use them)

remember "well of goodwill" (February 2016) ?

gold sink of 60b+ and the gold price didn't change at all.

yes gold is now very rich good prediction :)

I don't think it will affect any prices
shit update tho

I think it won't be affecting the prices ,still not a big impact like a new gameplay...
