Say I'm going to bot green drags and am going for 60/60/60 melee. What is the safest way of achieving this (slower is OK)?

Waterfall then afk rock crabs (Czar has a rock/sand crab script as well as a premade plugin for both rock/sand crabs). AFKing them would mean that your only movements are to get aggro again.

Paying someone to get it legit, doing it legit yourself, or using private scripts are your best bet.

Waterfall -> sand crabs -> Hill-moss giants

Do waterfall and go to sand crabs. If you play 8 hours a day, you get can a 30-60 per day. And you only need 20def and mithril armor to sustain their damage. IMO, you shouldn't bot it, I've trained quite a few 60/60/60 accounts and all you have to do is reset aggro.
