i think this is a big move in the right direction. I love the TWC banner under their name, but i would like to see a permanent Flag on accounts that had the TWC removed. Its great that they repaid the money they scammed or what not, but i don't want the caution to be removed permanently as I wouldn't trust someone who once scammed someone for their personal benefit.

I like this, so that there will be a permanent record of what they did. Just perhaps another section on the feedback. Saying how many times and what they were in twc for.

twc doesn't mean you scammed.

You generally get put in TWC if you're in a dispute, and a dispute can be made over unhappy service request compensation/refunds on service because you no longer want to work with them etc.
