client extremely slow after 10-20 minutes

Featured Replies

after about 20 or 30 minutes the client just becomes so choppy that it's unresponsive and it can no longer function

So far it's done this with a tanner and clay softener

I'm able to run other bot clients without much problems but OSBOT becomes unusable for me after just a short while

Those are most likely memory issues caused by the scripts you are running, being poorly coded. Try asking the scripter on their script thread about it.

The specific scripts where this happened are

RQTanner by Lisabe96

Wetclay by Nora

I've also used matts quester and I don't think i've had this problem when running just this, but it only is open about 15 minutes and i close out the bot and reopen (because of past experience with other scripts) it to run it again, so i cant say for sure if it happen or not.

I have 8 gigs of ram,

an Intel ® core I7-4720HQ processor

That's most likely going to be an issue with those 2 scripts. See if you can contact the scriptwriters and have it resolved! :)

That's probably a pretty decent indication that they're outdated. You can report them here.

I had this problem before and all I had to do to fix it was set the osbot process in task manager to high

If it only happens with a certain script then It might be a memory leak (of the script)!

how can i fix that problem? my paid rockcrabs script is like that
