Contact the scripter about this. OSBot has restricted file permissions outside of set locations to ensure the safety of our users, and his script hasn't accounted for it :P.

if the scripter is unsure, there is another method of accessing his files i think they'll have to be in the OSBOt data directory or something if i'm not correct 

Make sure the script is using Osbot/Data folder to write and read files...
