Can you appeal a perm ban? I just found my 2007 account in RS, it has around like 14 offences in total (mutes etc xD) and two for bottin which resulted in a perm ban, can I appeal it? If I can where can I appeal the offence?

 

If the account was stolen/Hijacked. You got a chance

I got mine unbanned that was banned in 2011 by hijacker for macro(perm ban) and when i tweeted to @jagexsupport, they reviewed my account and i got it unbanned within a day.

Yes. But the only do it like twice a year. 

I actually had a 6.5 year old account that was hacked around 4 years ago. I recovered it, and found the person was botting rs3 recently, it was unbanned automatically. But, I didn't even appeal for them to do that.

Unless you can realistically prove you had no control over the account at all, and it was hijacked at the time it's impossible.
