well, just let me try to explain this to you.

 

here, solution asked if scotty was still ChatBox Assistant(CBA)

because it was a question with CBA in the sentance you immediately felt need to explain that it is "cant be annoyed", when in reality he didn't ask and even meant chatbox assistant, not cant be annoyed.
