It's definitely possible, I emailed them this morning asking for the username and ip of the user who redeemed it. Hopefully they can provide us with this information.

I would feel Mod Rian is more believable. He is part of the payment management team so I would think his research would have been more reliable. In addition, I posted this dispute on the 14th of May. The code being redeemed on the 15th is thus impossible.

I can give it a go for sure. I will have to do it tomorrow as I have to be awake in 4 hours so I must sleep. I don't know their policy on sharing account informations etc but there is nothing to lose by trying.

Hi I can do that, So I email Jagex Support saying a 35 day code was already redeemed? With pictures of the card? Also, what is the correct email account to send this to? I've sent the email with the picture of the front/back of the card - I have gotten the receipt but it is almost impossible to read due to getting soaked in rain.

Yeah I'd prefer a 14 day - 21 day as opposed to instead perm :P
