I suppose I'll take the question serious since maybe you're not a complete troll Ultimate strength will make you hit harder which doesn't only level your strength but levels whatever combat style you are training. So the higher you hit the more exp per hour you will get. Ultimate strength will increase exp rates but not sure if its enough for all the extra prayer pots you'll be using.
