I prefer RS3. I try to get back into 07 sometimes, but in my opinion RS3 is just better. Pking is better on 07 but thats just because its more active. If people gave legacy pking worlds a chance they'd find out that their pures still work there, and it is a lot more fun.

It certainly is worth more than 30m, but if you'll do it I'd let it go for 25m

People being chain banned, and common sense is enough. Anyone you connect to can see your IP address, including Runescape. To think they don't log the IPs used on accounts, and cross reference them with other banned accounts is naive.

It's very well known they flag peoples ips when they are caught multiple times.

After the first couple bans from the same ip address you get flagged. It very well may be his IP

I just understand it because I've been pushed to the point that I wanted to do that. I didn't, but that could just be because I have more self control, or I got myself out of there before I got pushed that far. But after a while you stop caring about them, and then comes the stage where your just sick of hearing it. Yeah she went too far, but I understand. It's a very complicated, and complex thing, and this guy needed psychological help. But it definitely didn't sound like he'd been threatening it for a while.

I don't smoke, but your right about the night shift being damaging. But in my case the damage is done, and I'm looking for a job now, and I dread not being able to find a night job because it's so hard for me to work a job during the day.

Working the 10-7 night shift is what fucked me to begin with. Ever since I worked that shift I cant stay on a sleep schedule where I sleep at night.
