check your task manager, is your cpu near 100% when running a script?

Have you tried multiple scripts or just one? The script might be the problem. Also what are your pc specs?

It would have to be loaded in the client, i doubt the server tells you about items on different planes to your character / areas you are not in so the answer to your question is no.
