I have paid the user the owed amount, also apologized many times for my foolish and selfish action. Awaiting for my restricted status to be lifted off-site.

Will do! Had a run-in with some personal in real life situations, panicked and took advantage of the user's trust. I've since contacted the seller and also refunded. Will keep you guys updated as I get more info there as well.
