Considering that you have not mentioned that the account had spoken to your account. If you thought this why would you not bring it up? Did anything get removed from the account/stats changed? I fail to see why I would recover an account, causing more hassle to myself to then go out of my way to return it to you. It makes no sense. Question for the mods, after this is resolved, will I remain within the TWC group? Also at what point will this be resolved?

Waiting for a response. This is really starting to annoy me. I'm still under TWC despite bending over backwards for someone who calls me a 'fucking asshole'. Not only that, there are mods saying different things, one says disable JAG the other says completely remove, to me it's the same thing.

This is beginning to annoy me, if I am honest. You want me to disable JAG even though, you say, it means nothing? Then what is the point? In less then 24 hours I have recovered the account and assisted in anyway I that I could, I have not made excuses, I have simply tried to help. I understand that whilst I was asked if JAG was on the account I said no, I fully admit that this was a lapse of memory as I believed Jag was not on. Then when asked, I passed over the answers to the questions which I would have used to enable JAG. It is not my fault that HE did not attempt to remove JAG at that time. For a short period of time, am I able to have access to the account to remove jag? I am sure there is an option within account manager to remove jag?

The account was created 5 years ago. The IP's are not the same (changed ISP, MAC address wont be the same either, different PC's), and as I'm at university, so nor is the the creation location.

How do I wipe them? Keith has access to the account. This is such a ballache. To me, you either disabled JAG or you didn't. You told me you hadn't. As you have access to the account sign in > account management an click the first tab. If it has not been enabled it should say this:

Why do I have to remove it? I gave him the answers weeks back after it came to my attention that JAG was still on the account, I didn't hesitate to give them to him. Even after I gave them to him, He didn't remove/try to remove JAG from the account. At first I was under the impression that JAG wasn't on the account, but even so after I was told it did, I gave the answers without hesitation. Using JAG on the account trying to pin me as the recoverer is just stupid, as even after given the answers there was no attempt to even remove such measures. This said, if I have to, I will remove the questions, but I am sure that @keithrocks is able to do it provided he has the registered email and the answers. Images me giving JAD answers with dates:

Nobody else has access to this email. It is the email I use for all important documentation (i.e. uni/bills etc). Off to bed for now, will respond to any other queries/concerns when I awake. I never said it, but sorry for the hassle, hopefully it will be fully resolved soon.
