I understand that I agreed to the 3m acceptance aswell. I'm sorry Decode I was just not sure how this build would go since I've never done it or owned one like it. I would've been more clear had I knew exactly what quests did what. I just never expected attack experience as I only expected to have barrows gloves and the stats that I did request. I didn't take in consideration that I could get attack experience from other quests. I apologize for that. Just upset with spending $200+ on an account that got ruined. I any money or gp to fix it, I'd only want the account to where it would be ok to pk as in 70 attack or 75 attack, since it was already leveled and ruin at 61. Hope you understand where I came from. I'm sorry Decode, I should have came to you in messages on skype before even doing this and seen if we could talk something out, I was just upset and have been, just like as stated above you're my superior on this website so that's how I took it. THANK you for volunteering to get me the attack level. I want to say thank you again for explaining it better I just felt wronged. BECAUSE you took it out of the combat bracket that it should have been, instead of you paying me gp or usd, I'd rather you just make it something else so it isn't completely ruined. Sonce you ruined it from 60attack, the next attack level for any good would be 70, or ags at 75, anyone can understand that. Unless you want him to refund via gp or usd, I figured I'd make it easier with stats because I understand he didn't purposely get me 61 attack and ruin the account. What do you mean tactics if you play runescape then you understand what I'm saying

I mean , can't reset attack, but I'm also not expecting a full refund, I could only ask for more services as I understand it was an accident, but they happen. I would only request the that the 61 attack be made into 75 attack unless you have something else in mind. I spent over 200m on the services(including the purchase of the said account and the hack) for a 60atk piety pure, I mean $200+ with just that little mistake makes me feel it's ruined just like if you accidentally got 46 def on a zerk. I'm trying my best to explain this situation the best that I can, my autocorrect on phone sucks terribly .

Also it was to be done in 2 weeks, it took way longer then 2 weeks, but 3 days at most was because of the incident that happened. I still asked to see what all he would spend it on. I accepted the 3m excuse he is a moderator and I didn't feel I could dispute as nothing would happen and I never expected it to gain attack level, I also paid for an extra bond, but he also bought a bond because he was over the 2 weeks aswell. I didn't even know about the extra levels as I said he chose the quests to do. I only posted what I thought was needed, he agreed, he didn't tell me about the extra stuff he did until it was already done so that's on him. Point blank I accepted the 3m because he started off saying he wasn't even going to give it to me and so then when be did offer it again I felt obligated to take it as if nothing else could have happened because he is a moderator I was sure that's all I could have got from it. I PUT THAT MUCH TOWARDS SUPPLIES BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT HE TOLD ME HE WANTED FOR SUPPLIES. I just know someone with common sense would know it's a 60 attack piety pure. I would have requested it to be 70 attack r 75 attack if I didn't want 60.. I literally work 7 days a week I don't ever have enough time to actually sit down except for a couple hours a day or 2 out of the week because I have a little family as well. I mostly play runescape classic idk much about rs2, but I'm trying to enjoy it. I didn't know exactly what I needed I figured he did with a big services thread, my services thread is for the simple easy stuff. I can't do anything else, other then these little posts until I get home

I also wanted to know where all the money went for supplies and he couldn't show me, and no he picked what to do, and yes to your question farther up there, his service worker had access or his friend had access, and the account password was decodeservices , so it was only possible for the 2 to have it, then I had Decode change it himself and I didn't have access to the account at all to prevent anything else from happening from my side. Thanks for waiting, I just felt wrong in this situation and the intimidation of him being a moderator I just was worried. It is just obvious that that only stats I wanted leveled were my strength, def, range, n prayer which came later on in the services. IF I wanted it over 60 I would have requested it along with the services

I will post on this when I get home, sorry for any inconvenience I just didn't get what I wanted out of the service, you can see how he acted when I asked about the 61 atk, I was freaking out, and how he spent all the supplies money like crazy, I'm just not happy, he said he wouldn't even give each the 3m for the 61stk, but then decided he wanted to. I just felt obligated to take the 3m since he was a moderator that I didn't have a chance to dispute it, that's why I've waited. MY friend told me I could still dispute him even if he was a moderator. I posted the picture of the account stats because I was showing that it was the stats after when it was hacked that it was still 60attack, that is just saving me showing that it happened from the services

Just want to see what can be done about this, more or less he lied about the situation and tried to pend it on the hacker and or me. Who knows, maybe he took the gp when he found out my skype and osbot was hacked, or it could have been his worker.
