are you clicking links from your email to runescape? there are phishing links going out atm that appear to be sent from jagex or runescape. Other than that you have some how been keylogged (most likely unrelated to the script) but they would have to be remotely watching you change your password then quickly changing it again. What point would them having temporary control of your account serve? i have never heard of an account being repeatedly recovered so quickly, or somes new pass being changed immediately.
