hi, i am having trouble re entering the dream. Also it wont let me do presents like mtd, i have all the quest requirments but still wont enter all quests on mtd hard. problem after problem

just purchased this, pressed normal mode and pressed oak larder and demon butler and it does nothing and just stands there... can i get refund please
