If you join my Discord, you will see images hundreds of users post in the progress report section. There is also a Pro Edition that has a lot of features that assist with preventing bans. Please uninstall it and reinstall it. Also delete your OSBot folder and relaunch the client. (If you have made any scripts via Script Factory, please back them up prior to deleting your OSBot folder)

If you can’t click to open a script, then you need to remove Java from your computer and reinstall Java 8. this should fix your issues
