You have 24 hours to refund him his money for the account and items lost (if he has any pictures with proof), or you will be banned. I'm sorry, I've been in a similar situation before, but you have to abide by the rules, just like I have to. Maybe you can work something out with him, that's up to you guys. My time frame right now is 24 hours unless another solution is proposed to me. I hope you guys can work something out, or you repay him to keep from being banned. Let me know, PP

The user has 48 hours to reply and pay for the script. He will be placed in TWC until he replies. If he does not reply within the given time frame, he will be banned.

If you sell an account, and you are the original owner, you ARE held reliable for it being recovered since you can recover it without an email. No questions about it. Either refund him, or recover the account, or you will be banned.

Either return the account to him, or refund him for what he has lost (however much the account was, and if there were any valuable items on the account [picture proof is required], then those must be refunded as well.)

Unfortunately for you, there is proof against you saying that you are the OO, even if you "Edited" your sales post. I looked at the hidden and modified post. You have the time frame mentioned above to deliver his account back, or you will be banned.
