Exactly, it's a LGA1150, which doesn't consume as much power as LGA2011 too.
As it is right now it only contains 1 GPU, correct. But I will most likely uphrade to another one in future, if needed. WHat's wrong with corsair, they're very reliable. 7 Years warrenty. And for the fact I didn't need anywhere near 1000W+ to run my system, it will mostly only pull ~550-600W at full load, so that I have possibility to upgrade with another GPU. The PSU is a modular 80+ Plat, so I don't see why you think it's bad?
