Because it creates irritation towards the user. Especially for people who are on mobile devices, people on laggy VPS's or people trying to remote control their bot from somewhere else. Moving it outside the client-frame, won't make the income for the ads less, trust me. You will only get happier free botters.

You could just add it below/above the client/on the side, as in good old days.
