You shouldn't carry 100M+ on a bot account in the first place. Thats pretty stupid.

Simple solutions; Buy a voucher worth as much as VIP instead. Since VIP is set as recurring payment it must have a back-up source, which needs to be a creditcard in case your balance goes low or negative. So the only way you can avoid that is by using vouchers to buy VIP, since they're one-time purchases.

This is mostly not due to OSBot, but either your Graphic card's driver blowing when you load the game or an issue on Java. Try to update your Drivers for your card, and ensure you have the latest versions of Java. The latest version of Java can be downloaded from here.
