Matey, there's a reason for this topic. In order to make sure that the guidelines for member titles are kept. Allowing anyone to change title to anything would jsut be bad.

Recently I've noticed new contact requests won't be shown. Unless the person who is trying to add me send a separate message (along with the add) I won't notice they've tried to add me. Tried added my Skype form another account, and I couldn't see it. Tried reinstalling my Skype along with clearing my temp folder for anything named 'skype'. I'm lost.
